Daneila Riccardi is a speaker and the CEO of the Italian design company, Diesel. She is one of the most successful Italian managers, and the Financial Times considers her one of the top 50 emerging female managers in the world. Daniela Riccardi speaks from her successful experience in leadership, business and complex markets management, and a strategic vision for the brand's development.

Before joining Diesel, she served a 25 year tenure with Procter & Gamble, holding prestigious international roles in Europe, South America, Russia, and Asia. In 2010, she was appointed President of P&G Greater China, heading a multibillion-dollar business and an organization with over 7,000 employees.

In 1985 she joined Procter & Gamble in Italy in marketing, and in 2001 she was appointed Vice President and General Manager of P&G Eastern Europe, based in Moscow. Daniela Riccardi studied political science and international relations at Sapienza University of Rome in 1984, and spent a trimester at Yale on a scholarship.
