Chester Elton is one of the world’s leading experts on organizational culture, employee engagement, and leadership. He is the co-author of several bestselling books, including All In, The Carrot Principle, Leading with Gratitude, and Anxiety at Work, which have sold more than 1.6 million copies worldwide and have been translated into more than 30 languages. He is also a co-founder of The Culture Works, a global consultancy that helps organizations build positive and productive work environments.
