Optimize Your Life! is a keynote that follows Dr. Dahl's international best-seller of that title. After defining strategic thinking and planning (STP) and its utility and futility, Dr. Dahl poses ten key questions, starting with Who are you?.
He takes you on a journey into your personal inventory, the world of STP, and the creation of your Values, Mission, and Vision Statements. He moves on to settings Goals and the need for dividing each Goals into Projects and then into Tasks, before one sets out to Implement one's Goals.
Dr. Dahl's offers hints on successful STP based on his 25 years in-the-trenches of group medical practice, a wide range of business ventures, speaking, and consulting. He ends his keynote by showing that personal and organizational STP are one in the same.
