Biography

A psychologist, Alexandra Delis-Abrams, who refers to herself as a "stretch" rather than a "shrink" has an established counseling practice in Sun Valley, Idaho, in which she utilizes revolutionary protocols. As The Attitude Doc she assists clients and workshop guests to explore the blueprint of their lives, and to implement personal change for growth and happiness. Drawing on her counseling experiences and her dissertation entitled, "Laughter, Enthusiasm and Joy as Healing Modalities", Alexandra offers seminars, workshops and transformational talks. Whether she is exploring feelings in a classroom, presenting a keynote address, or counseling a client, she demonstrates natural warmth, intuitive wisdom and an open, caring heart. Alexandra Delis-Abrams radiates a positive and fun, sincere and inspiring message through her words and presence. In 2008, Dr. Alexandra taught Emotional Intelligence at the University and other schools in Kathmandu, Nepal.

Alexandra is an Advanced Holistic Health Practitioner, Fellow to the American Institute of Stress, member of The Association for Transpersonal Psychology, Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher.
