Teams exist for one reason – to achieve results. Every organisation wants highly motivated and highly functioning teams and yet the vast majority simply don’t know the language or tools required to make this happen.

Adrian’s teamwork keynotes are inspired and designed from some of the World’s most ground-breaking studies and programmes on what makes a team tick, perform and achieve results.
Combining with real-time experience of leading and working in high performing – and sometimes low performing - teams in corporations, the military, sport and his adventures, he aims to bring a unique combination of theory and practice to help your team achieve the results they desire.

What makes a real leader? What constitutes effective leadership? What qualities and actions do people need to know and enact in order to be a leader? Googling “leadership” results in over 100 million entries; how do you get through the thick crust and layers to get to the core?

Adrian has studied leadership since attending officer training at Britain’s Royal Military Academy Sandhurst in 1984 and is passionate about the subject, taking numerous programmes and learning from the World’s best.

The key component of his leadership keynotes has been gleaned from one of his mentors - that everyone can be a leader. Leadership is possible for all types of people at all levels in an organisation in today’s World. And never has that organisation, or this World, needed that leadership more than it does today.
