Mike Greenberg
Biography

Mike Greenberg was born August 6th, 1967, in New York City to proud parents Harriet and Arnold Greenberg. His early years were spent at the United Nations International School as well as traveling abroad with his parents, who are also writers. After graduating from Stuyvesant High School in Manhattan, Mike attended the prestigious Medill School of Journalism on the campus of Northwestern University. After graduation, Mike remained in the Chicagoland area in various roles: anchoring for local radio stations WSCR and WMAQ, writing columns for the Copley News Service, and reporting for SportsChannel Chicago.

Before long, ESPN beckoned, so Mike moved to Connecticut and became an everyman for the World Wide Leader in Sports: anchoring SportsCenter, writing articles for ESPN.com, and eventually becoming the co-host of ESPN Radio's Mike and Mike in the Morning, a syndicated drive-time radio show covering sports and current events. With partner and ex-football jock Mike Golic, Mike and Mike present opposing and often humorous points of view on a range of subjects from sports to current events. The popularity of the show has grown so much that it is now simulcast on ESPN-2 as well, reaching over 90 million viewers in addition to it's fan base 3 million listeners.

To add to his success, Mike has recently published a book, Why My Wife Thinks I'm An Idiot, chronicling much of his recent life since starting with ESPN Radio. The book reached as high as fourteenth on the New York Times bestseller list.

In addition to his duties at ESPN, Mike is married to his lovely wife Stacy and has two children. He's also a passionate New York Jets fan, avowed metrosexual, and neat freak.

How do I book Mike Greenberg for my event?

Booking Mike Greenberg with Premiere Speakers Bureau is a streamlined 4-step process:
  • Availability Check: Contact us with your event date and budget to verify if your desired speaker is available.
  • Hold Date: We place a temporary "hold" on the speaker's calendar while you finalize internal approval.
  • Contracting: We issue a contract outlining the fee, cancellation policy, and event expectations.

Why should I partner with Premiere Speakers Bureau rather than contacting speakers directly?

Partnering with Premiere Speakers Bureau provides a comprehensive safety net for your event that direct booking cannot match. We know what it takes to run an excellent event.

What makes Premiere Speakers Bureau unique compared to other agencies?

How does Premiere Speakers Bureau's 'Zero Cost Service' model work?

The speaker covers our commission from their standard honorarium as payment for our role in marketing and managing their engagements.

How are speaker fees structured, and what is typically included?

A speaker's fee typically covers the keynote presentation, a pre-event planning call, and standard customization. Travel expenses are usually billed separately.

What are the standard policies for speaker travel and expenses?

Travel expenses are negotiated during contracting. We generally recommend a flat travel fee for simplicity, though we also offer line-by-line invoicing when preferred. PSB ensures these expenses adhere to professional standards, and our Event Portal allows for easy tracking and invoicing.
