Several weeks ago, the John Hancock Group brought Ozzie Smith to speak to our Merrill Lynch Financial advisors in Austin, Texas. We are all still talking about the time he spent with us.It was certainly a thrill to meet this "first ballot" hall of famer. More importantly, Mr. Smith's comments were well thought out, inspiring and were clearly a reflection of his approach to life. The time he took meet and talk with each of us was greatly appreciated
