Personal Positioning for the Pop Culture Generation

Most people only think about career paths when they are pissed off, freaked out, or desperate, meaning they hate their jobs, they might lose their jobs, or they need new jobs immediately. As such, they miss out on the opportunities to position themselves for development and success. By focusing on entertaining "sins" of personal positioning, this program focuses on how professionals can land jobs and get ahead without becoming corporate tools.

Face Time vs. Facebook Time

There is a massive communication gap between the Generations that grew up in front of computers and those who adapted to computers as adults. Offices around the country are plagued by miscommunication stemming from email etiquette, social media policies, and inconsistent online/offline personalities.

This program focuses on identifying several key differences in the way generations communicate and leveraging the strengths of each group. Additionally, senior executives will gain insight into the habits and attitudes of young professionals by studying TV, movies, and music from their pop culture upbringing.

Offensive Ideas

Building a working environment where uncensored creativity drives innovation and revenue.

Many companies boast creative working environments, but very few dedicate time every month to generating, pitching, and guiding new ideas. In most offices, innovation and creativity are driven defensively, encouraged only when business is threatened by competition. In this program, organizations will learn how to set up processes for developing and harvesting creativity, as well as establishing an environment where innovation occurs organically and proactively.
