Countless hours of practice and tournament play earned Tom Lehman his PGA card, but after one year and many disappointments, Tom lost the card he had worked so hard to obtain. He gave up the dream to play in the PGA for a year and then set out on his quest once again. A full 10 years after his first season as pro, Tom earned his way back into the PGA. Remarkably, he was soon the golden boy of the PGA, winning the prestigious British Open and the PGA Tour Championship. Tom doesn't cite either of those accomplishments as the most important milestone in his life. He says that took place when he accepted Jesus Christ into his life to fill the void that golf just couldn't fill. Now the freedom of knowing that God loves him no matter what happens on the green has propelled him through a long and impressive career.
