Sometimes the more conservative people – religiously, politically, financially – are also the ones who allow inhibitions or fears to negatively affect the lovemaking part of their marriages. Joe uses the Bible, modern medical science, and effective sex education for adults to help marriages become wonderful in the bedroom. Mixing in humor to alleviate anxiety in the audience, Joe lectures and then responds to written questions from the audience to address all their questions, fears, and hang-ups about sex. When children move into puberty parents often wondered what happened to their sweet child and who this moody person is that took his/her place. Though the teen years are tough, there are two models of parenting that when understood and practiced by parents makes things much smoother and helps kids turn out well. One is an understanding of parenting styles. The other is knowing when to let the teen have leeway to make his/her own decisions and when to make decisions for the teen. Bring the teens to the discussion and have fun learning how to get along with each other. (This may be done as a 45 minute session. If exercises for parents and teens are included, it becomes a 2-hour session.)
