She has an M.B.A. from the University of Minnesota and is a sought-after commentator in the media on generational issues. Seth Mattison (Millennial) Seth joined BridgeWorks as a featured keynoter after a successful career with the management consulting firm Pragmatek. He has conducted numerous interviews with Millennials and top business executives to discover firsthand the ways in which his generation is shaking up today's business world. His clients include G.E., Prudential, and the University of Notre Dame.Joe Marlotti (Generation Xer) is a corporate comedian and star of the generational comedy show, TimesFour.
