Roxanne Wilson, an appellate attorney, President and CEO of RXW, Inc., author, popular television and radio personality, and well-traveled speaker, recently completed season five of NBC's The Apprentice with Donald Trump, gaining rave reviews from "The Donald" himself. Roxanne was the first African-American woman to compete in the final four on the NBC hit show.

Roxanne Wilson was the first African-American woman to make it to the final four. Stating, 'Roxanne is very, very smart...brilliant...she is really something.' Trump continued stating, 'You're a very good speaker... I would like to have you represent me in court. You are very impressive.'

As co-host of Texas' own Christian talent search program, Inspire The Desire, Roxanne encourages young and old to reach for their dreams. Roxanne's book Footprints In The Boardroom is an insider's look at The Apprentice depicting how modern believers use their faith to overcome modern day challenges.

Roxanne is a national speaker, who is sought after by women's organizations, Christian groups, colleges and universities, and young professional organizations. Roxanne Wilson's lectures are inspiring as she challenges listeners to reach for the star within.

Being committed to the community, Roxanne dedicates her time and talents to support non-profit organizations. Roxanne is currently the spokesperson for the Make-A-Wish Foundation Destination Joy campaign presented by Lay's. Roxanne serves on the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation Austin Affiliate Board of Directors, and is a Make-A-Wish Foundation Ambassador and is a provisional member of the Junior League of Austin.

Roxanne Wilson is committed to maintaining a sound mind, body and spirit and as a certified Jazzercise Instructor and Franchisee, Roxanne enhances the lives of others through exercise and dance. She is a member of the Riverbend Church choir and founder of Untitled, Riverbend's young professionals group.

In addition to serving as an attorney at Winstead Sechrest Minick PC, Roxanne clerked for two justices on the Supreme Court of Texas. Earning a law degree at the University of Michigan, Roxanne was awarded the Irving Stenn Jr. award for her contributions, where she made a significant impact for students through her leadership. As Co-Chairman of the Student Funded Fellowships scholarship auction, she helped raise over $200,000 in grants for law students wishing to spend their summers working in non-paid, service-based legal positions.

During her undergraduate studies at Baylor University, Roxanne Wilson was the first woman and second African American member of the prestigious Baylor Chamber of Commerce, for which she later served as President. Roxanne continues to serve as a Baylor Alumni Association Board Member, Student Life Advisor Board member, Baylor Business Network Austin committee member, and Baylor Young Grad Network Austin committee member. Roxanne Wilson resides in Austin, Texas.
