We are proud to report that at this year's Super Bowl in Dallas, Texas, Alexis Glick announced her new role as CEO of Gen YOUth, a foundation to fight childhood obesity. The foundation was launched with a historic Memorandum of Understanding between the Department of Agriculture, the Department of Education, Health and Human Services, the NFL, National Dairy Council, and Gen YOUth Foundation.

Hoping to create a movement that will help inspire youth to change their behavior, Alexis said, "Through Gen YOUth, we are building a team of players who are committed to combating childhood obesity. We hope that moving forward, more influencers will respond to our call to action and join us in taking an active role in eradicating the largest public health issue of this generation."

Gen YOUth's flagship program, Fuel Up to Play 60, is encouraging youth in 70,000 schools across the country to consume more nutrient-rich foods as well as participate in some kind of physical activity for at least 60 minutes per day.

In addition to Gen YOUth, Alexis became a Senior Fellow for the Kauffman Foundation, one of the leading forces behind entrepreneurialism and a main reason why entrepreneurs have a voice in our country today.
