Telling the truth about illegal aliens is not racist

The accusations of racism have been taken to a whole new level. Now it's racist to run an ad featuring a convicted illegal alien cop killer bragging about his crime. This is where we are in America. The networks pulled a Trump ad just before the midterms that featured Luis Bracamontes, convicted of killing two cops, saying in a courtroom, "Only thing that I regret is that I just killed two." CNN's Wolf Biltzer called it a "rather racist ad." NBC said in an e-mail, "After further review, we recognize the insensitive nature of the ad and have decided to cease airing it across our properties as soon as possible." Fox News and Facebook pulled the ad as well.

Illegal alien cop killer Luis Bracamontes
Luis Bracamontes broke into our country. Two police officers would be alive today had we kept him out. The point of the ad is we have another caravan of potentially illegal aliens heading to our border. How many Luis Bracamonteses are among them?

Not fair, you say? Most of these people are fleeing poverty and violence? You would be right, but how many among them are criminals? DHS has already positively identified over 270 convicted criminals among them. Some news outlets have identified MS13 gang members and people who admit to having been deported from our country, some multiple times. Identifying a threat to our country is not racism.

If the people who support the caravan truly believe that most of the people in the caravan are decent people then they should welcome legal entry into the country. The truth is most will not be granted asylum because poverty, in and of itself, is no precondition. In fact, Mexico has already offered the caravaners asylum. They are out of Honduras. They are out of harm's way. Why not take Mexico up on the offer? Because organizations like People Without Borders, who are coordinating the trek north, are not interested in the safety of these people. Their goal is to push the amnesty issue in America. Their goal is to push the agenda of open borders.

This economy is so red hot right now that we have more job openings than people to fill them. We're told it's the first time that's happened since they started keeping records. Common sense would tell you that we're going to have to import labor to fill the rest of those jobs. Most people have no problem with that. How do we do it? By allowing hordes of illegal aliens to stream across the border, or do we do this in an orderly fashion by matching laborers to jobs and making sure criminals are not taking those jobs? It's just common sense.

Two-thirds of the people coming across our border from Mexico come legally. That's a very important point to remember. If two-thirds can come the legal way, what's up with the other third?

For anyone who thinks illegal aliens should be allowed to come to this country the wrong way I have a question for you. Do you believe a planeload of passengers from Paris should just get off the plane at JFK and bypass customs? If not, why not? What's the difference between bypassing the border checkpoint at JFK and bypassing the border checkpoint at Laredo, Texas? Spoiler alert: There isn't a difference.

Illegal immigration is a public safety issue, pure and simple. No reasonable person can believe that allowing illegals to stream across the border without going through background checks is a safe thing to do. And no reasonable person can believe an ad that points that out is racist.

The race to Venezuela is on
There's this guy named Andrew Yang. You've probably never heard of him. The San Francisco Chronicle is singing his praises. Why? Because he's running for president and he's promising a 'freedom dividend' to every adult American. What's a freedom dividend? It's $1,000 a month just for being alive. How does he expect to pay for this? Oh, he has no...

The America-haters
Trump Derangement Syndrome is now epidemic. We all remember when it started. It started the day Donald Trump came down that escalator at Trump Tower. It grew as his popularity did, hitting a fever pitch on Election Night 2016. Most people thought it would subside once the election was over. I knew better.TDS grows with every success of President...

The moral rot of the left is now undeniable
If you want to know how deep the moral rot is on the left in America you need look no further than the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Act. The bill would do just what its name says. It protects babies that are born alive during a botched abortion and gives them the same consideration of life that any other human being is given. But all but three ...

The purposeful deception of the mainstream media
I saw a headline from PJMedia.com this week. Actually, it was a question. 'Why Does the MSM Keep Falling for Obvious Hoaxes?' It was in reference to the Jussie Smollett hoax that he was the victim of a hate crime. Smollett is one of the stars on the Fox hit Empire. To answer the question of the headline we must first look at how many hoaxes the ...

Donald Trump is our only hope
I told you last week that President Trump had turned a corner with his State of the Union address. He is in full campaign mode, and no one is better on the campaign trail than Donald Trump. But the liberals are handing him ammunition. The Green New Deal is a dream come true for Trump. That's why it's so important in this moment of American histo...

Americans now have a clear choice: Socialism or capitalism
Try as she did, Speaker Nancy Pelosi could not keep President Trump away from the American people. She knew if she allowed him to address the nation from the House chamber during the shutdown it would be game over. She may have just delayed the game, but the outcome was inevitable. Trump was going to connect with the American people one way or a...

Dems see their opportunity for socialism
The left's hatred of Donald Trump has emboldened them to do something that several years ago was unthinkable. They have now mainstreamed socialism in the Democrat Party. Of course, there have always been socialists in the party. Bernie Sanders has made no secret of his socialism, but there was little chance he was going to get the nomination for...

Pulling back the curtain on Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez
OK, we've had our fun with Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. It's time to stop pretending that she's relevant. Or even serious. Sure, she took the left-wing media by storm when she unseated the chairman of the House Democratic Caucus. That was quite a feat. Joe Crowley had been there for 20 years and had climbed the ranks of power, but his defeat was a ...

The coup attempt on Trump
OK, so now Donald Trump is a Russian agent? You'd think so by the mainstream media coverage. The New York Times ran a story that the FBI was investigating Trump right after his firing of James Comey for wittingly or unwittingly being a secret agent for the Russians. It was ridiculous on its face, but given the timing and who was involved it make...

The Chicken Littles of the government shutdown
What if they had a government shutdown and nobody noticed? If you're one of the few Americans who has actually had to go without pay, I apologize. My point is the doom and gloom and Armageddon of a partial government shutdown foretold by the Democrats never materialized. It was similar to the apocalyptic predictions of tax cuts. Instead, the eco...
