We live in a day and age when it seems that people are far more active when it comes to things that they care about. However, that can be very misleading due to social media. We mustn't forget that one must be active to be an activist, and sometimes we must sacrifice living our best lives in order for others to live better lives. With smart technology we tend to have dumb people. Creativity is going extinct in many cases. We must nurture creativity in all arenas or we will lose our ability to think and to think differently. As a teacher, I do everything I can to nurture my students creativity and to get them to think not about what is, but what can be. Employers should focusing on the same thing: nurturing their employees creativity to see further and differently than anyone has before.
