Morgan D. Hill

Morgan Hill has demonstrated leadership over the last twenty years in both business and ministry circles and now has a heart to communicate what he's learned about leadership to emerging leaders.

Morgan Hill is president of First Senior's Financial Group, a financial services firm. In addition, he is also the President of Morgan Hill Consulting, Inc., a business consulting company. He is former CEO and partner of Winner's International Restaurants, Inc., an Atlanta based firm that franchises and operates over 350 restaurants throughout the United States and Canada. Prior to his involvement with Winner's International, Morgan spent over twenty years with various organizations including Atlanta-based AFC Enterprises and PepsiCo.

All of this has prepared him to speak into the lives of young leaders who imagine a life in the corporate world but need some tools to help them in the marketplace. Each year, Morgan Hill enjoys teaching leadership to corporate audiences as well as university students around the country. Morgan has been a generous contributor to several organizations and now gives his discretionary time to teaching leadership and consulting with campus leaders, directors, and executives. He provides a strategic planning model he developed over the last twelve years, enabling leaders to experience greater results in their organizations.

Morgan completed his business degree at Oklahoma State University. He has also done executive and graduate level studies at Middle Tennessee State University, Kennesaw State University, Georgia Tech's Dupree School of Business and Harvard Law School. Later, he became a member of TEC, an international organization of CEOs.

Today, Morgan Hill is involved locally and nationally, serving on the board of directors of Growing Leaders, as well as being a Founder's Club member and speaker for EQUIP, an international non-profit organization which develops leaders on every continent of the globe.

Morgan is the author of "What Does It Profit a Man." He now divides his time between his two businesses and developing college students. Morgan Hill resides in Woodstock, Georgia with his wife, Holly.
