Marc Siegel
Biography
Marc Siegel MD is an internist and associate professor of medicine at the NYU School of Medicine where he is the medical director of Doctor Radio, a joint project with NYU and Sirius Satellite Radio. Dr. Siegel is a Fox News Medical Contributor, and he writes a Blog for Foxnews.com called "Dr. Siegel's Take." Dr. Siegel is also a columnist for the LA Times Health section, author of "The Unreal World." He is a frequent contributor for the NY Post, Washington Post, and is a member of the board of contributors at USA Today. Dr. Siegel's books include the novel Bellevue (S&S 1998), False Alarm: the Truth About the Epidemic of Fear (Wiley 2005), and Bird Flu: Everything You Need to Know About the Next Pandemic (Wiley 2006). His new book, (Wiley, 2009) will look at strange events in health care that are not definable by science.
