We invited Eagle Scout Josh Sundquist to speak at our annual recognition dinner on the recommendation of just one person. That person had witnessed him light up a room of educational administrators, who can be a tough audience. We were confident his Scouting story would be well received. But his passion, enthusiasm and story-telling ability far exceeded the expectations of our staff and attendees. We’re still getting outstanding feedback from the event and I’ve already recommended him to another Boy Scout council for a similar event.
