
James Cathcart has been a consultant for Franklin Covey Company since 1994. He has done extensive work with corporate, education, government, and military organizations all across the United States and Canada. Some of his clientele include AT&T, Oracle, Sun Microsystems, various school districts, The United States Air Force and The United States Navy.
He received his degree in Sociology and Organizational Behavior from Brigham Young University. His emphasis in business ethics and principle-centered leadership has contributed significantly to his value as a Franklin Covey Senior Consultant.
Early in his career, James Cathcart served as a language instructor (Afrikaans) and high-school teacher. He also spent seven years as a security supervisor for the Utah Transit Authority, a government-funded institution designed to meet the transportation needs of Northern Utah.
