Everyone LOVED Jackie. Everyone felt like the message was customized and really hit home. She was extremely motivational and really made you go home and think outside the box. The style was friendly and truly connected with Chapters and National Headquarter staff alike. Each point was followed up with a story that helps you remember it by. We have received rave reviews and I hope Jackie will be requested by many other Red Crossers. Jackie's presentation was motivating and insightful. It spoke directly to the kinds of things I want our manager's to think of and act on within their local operations. Because of Jackie, all or our managers now have tangible ways that they can delight their cusomers and inspire their employees. I thought Jackie was one of the best keynotes Hallmark has ever had at this kind of event and the evaluations we received from the audience would bear that out. (Like I told her, we've had some pretty big names previously including the likes of Tony Robbins and Dr. Maya Angelo, but I thought the combination of Jackie's message and style would rank right up there with any of them.) Our audience really needed to hear that a sound business concept, supported by caring, enthusiastic and committed people, is sure to succeed. I appreciated the time and effort that Jackie spent customizing her message.
