Glenn Manton has an ability to create various events that ‘fit’ with your objectives, numbers and timeframes. From arts based day sessions to one on one motivational type coaching the options are near endless.

Arts based team building

My wife Katrina is a professional artist. As such I have been able to use her arts base skill and my presentation abilities to run arts based team building events for schools and corporate groups on site or off which have both captured both the imagination and spirit of the group. Participants can work in a number of combinations although the ideal group size is 20 or less. Each participant leaves with ‘artwork’ they have created during the day. The ANZ bank amongst other groups display their works proudly in their office space.

Parent-student relations/communications

The Better Choices program has been developed to engage both students (of all ages but preferably years 11/12) and their parents. Hosted by individual schools who may wish to subsidize costs, the program itself is seen to be paid for by parents. A three session 1 and ½ hour program that is flexible in its rollout Better Choices allows for family members to skill up across areas from communication to health and fitness-together.

One off team building challenges

Whether it’s motivating a corporate group to climb Mt Bogong or encouraging students to ‘band together’ I have serviced client’s needs in providing team building challenges of various length and intensity-both indoor and out. Imagination may be the only limiting factor as to what is feasible in this regard. I have also developed some key relationships with ‘other’ providers such as HART (motorcycle training facility)-South Dragons NBL team whereby permission has been granted to work in with their infrastructure.
