He is Managing Partner of Strategic Development, Inc., a Research Triangle Park consulting firm, with 23 years experience in nearly 400 organizations. George is also adjunct faculty at Duke University Leadership and Training Associates in their Certificate Program for Scientists and Engineers.

He was a Chapter President and charter National Advisor for Chapters for the American Society for Training and Development, the world's largest training association.
