On behalf of the Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals in Business (SOCAP), thank you for speaking at the 2000 SOCAP Symposium in Baltimore. On behalf of all Maybelline employees, I want to thank you for your excellent presentation at our annual Business Meeting! Although we meet each year, and try very hard to present a program that will educate and entertain our employees, we have never enjoyed as high quality a program as you presented. Having attended your workshops at the International ASTD Conferences in Washington and Dallas, as well as regional conferences around the South, I knew you would be a hit. Your energy level is amazing, your humorous style is entertaining and your on-target examples help your audience totally relate to your topic. The Powerpoint Presentation was, of course, very professionally designed with just enough information, and plenty of creative visuals to illustrate your points. With the executive presentation going way over the time limit, and our audio/visual difficulties, you had to condense a presentation that was already abbreviated. The audience received the full impact of your talk, without ever sensing that you were rushed, or that you had cut any information out. To me that flexibility is the mark of a true professional! I truly appreciate you lending your talents to our meeting, and helping make it a most enjoyable learning experience for our employees.
