While facilitating a group of transport operators Chris was able to instill a shared purpose, communication, cohesion, goals and strike a balance between meeting task and social needs which were all key factors in affecting group performance and outcomes. In my opinion, Chris has the knowledge, skill and ability to perform any task in the field of facilitation that any firm needs and is highly focused on getting results and effectively communicating any activity that will benefit the organization. The particular challenge was to bring together such a diversity of people who are specialists in considerably different fields. Thank you for giving us a positive starting point and we appreciate the highly professional and caring manner in which you conducted the sessions. Chris's planning and preparation was excellent and at all times during the off-site session, the program ran to time and her techniques for extracting participation were excellent. Throughout, Chris kept excellent control, her explanations were clear and concise; the end product has demonstrated the effort was worthwhile, and the staff can see this. We have an internal commitment to continuing the process.
